Design Development

I find stimulus within juxtapositions; contrasting super stretch bodysuits and complex body-morphing powermesh pieces with an exploration of volume and structured, boned, technical contour garments. Surface texture forms a playful visual language, showcasing my adoration of illustration – bold clashes of print and unafraid use of colour. Hand and machine embroidery skills are called upon with the addition of junky, lavish embroideries and heavily embellished, beaded bras.
